The Evac 8L Compression Dry Bag is designed for backpackers and travellers who want to compact jackets, midlayers and other soft gear without sacrificing dryness. The eVac® base is engineered to be waterproof but air-permeable so that pushing on the bag squeezes air out through the base while preventing water ingress, eliminating purge valves. The body uses Ultra-Sil 30D nylon with a PFC-free DWR finish, and seams are double-stitched and tape-sealed to give internal dryness. Multiple ultralight compression straps with ladderlocks and quick-release buckles provide even compression and secure load retention, while the Field Repair Buckle secures the roll-top closure.
