Shipping & Delivery

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 crisis, our freight partners are implementing no-contact policies to minimise the risk of spreading infection.  Parcels may no longer require a signature for delivery and/or collection and Bags to Go and the courier company cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged deliveries after they have been dropped off.  When placing your order, we strongly recommend choosing an address where someone will be available for the delivery (such as a business address) to ensure your parcel arrives to you safely.

Standard Shipping

We offer FREE* delivery on all orders over $80!  For orders under $80, a flat shipping rate of $10 will apply.

 *This free delivery offer excludes orders to locations that are considered remote or regional as classified by our delivery providers.  To these locations, an additional shipping fee of $35/carton applies.

 *These estimates are based on shipping from our main warehouse in Canberra, however we also have warehouses located in Brisbane and Perth that hold stock of most of our online ranges.  As such, in most instances we are able to ship to QLD and WA locations with much shorter shipping timeframes than estimated above.  If you require an item quicker than the estimates above, please contact us ASAP and we can check if we can dispatch from your local warehouse.

All estimates above are business days from date of dispatch and are approximates only. We endeavour to dispatch all credit-approved orders within 2 business days, and are generally able to ship orders same-day or within 24 hours. Whilst every effort is made to ship and deliver orders as per the above guidelines, various factors can affect these timeframes and some issues are outside of our control.

Whilst it is rare, delays during transit may occur from time to time and are unfortunately out of the control of the Bags to Go Team. If you have any concerns about whether an order will be shipped in time, or experience any issues with the delivery, please call us on 1300 224 786 or send us a message and we will work to resolve any issues as fast as possible, if they arise.

Express Shipping

We service most metropolitan areas with Express Post, with rates automatically calculated at the checkout for eligible areas.  Express shipping can be dependent on local warehouse stock availability and we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss your order in the rare event that any issues arise.

In addition to Express Post, we also have other express freight partners including same-day shipping to some locations.  If your order is required very urgently, please contact our online store during business hours (Monday - Friday) prior to placing your order to discuss your options.
